Barbados Black Belly Sheep

  American Blackbellies range in color from light tan to a dark mahogany red, with black breed markings on the face, legs, belly, inguinal region, chin, and chest. Blackbellies ewes make good mothers and are very fertile, often having twins and even triplets. Blackbelly lambs are also highly sought after due to their mild flavor.

  Our American Blackbelly sheep flock is comprised of approximately 100 ewes and 5 Sire rams. We always have between twenty and thirty 1-2 year old rams that we evaluate for breeding stock as well as trophy rams sought after by game ranches throughout Texas.

  We are always looking for other ranchers who would like to sell or trade rams for the purpose of strengthening our genetics and bloodlines.
